D4J eZine v2.7.5 released covering several important issues with Joomla! v1.0.10 and v1.0.11 |

DesignForJoomla.com has just released the version 2.7.5 the widely known eZine Joomla! extension. This version covered several compatibility and security issues with Joomla! v1.0.10 and v1.0.11. The most critical fixes are highlighted as followed: Security Fix: eZine v2.7.2 and below not run property in environment which both PHP`s register_global and Joomla!`s RG_EMULATION settings are turned off. Compatibility Fix: publishing of new content item in frontend eZine output is delayed in comparison with Joomla!`s content publishing component for a certain time. Other Fix: eZine Newsletter content not updated correctly with frontend eZine Page output contains javascript code. DesignForJoomla.com also announced that from this version (v2.7.5) of eZine extension, they no longer provide official support for Mambo content management system.
